Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Tip Beacon's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tip Beacon. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Equipment Rental Terms

Rental Agreement

Equipment rental is subject to a separate rental agreement. By renting equipment, you agree to:

• Return equipment in the same condition as received
• Pay for any damage or loss beyond normal wear
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Allow inspection of equipment upon return

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of equipment.

Late Returns

Late return fees apply at the daily rental rate. Equipment not returned within 7 days of the due date may be considered purchased at full retail value.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

• Items are in original, unused condition
• Original packaging and tags are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged by misuse
• Gift cards or digital products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Product Warranties

Products sold by Tip Beacon are covered by manufacturer warranties. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.

For products without manufacturer warranties, Tip Beacon provides a 30-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tip Beacon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tip Beacon's website, even if Tip Beacon or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
