Rental Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • Advance booking recommended, especially for peak seasons
  • 50% deposit required at booking, balance due at pickup
  • Security deposit required (refundable upon return)
  • Credit card required for all rentals

Pickup & Return

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition
  • Late returns subject to additional daily charges
  • Free delivery/pickup within 50km of Vancouver
  • Extended rentals available at discounted rates

Damage & Loss

  • Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted
  • Damaged equipment charged at repair cost
  • Lost equipment charged at replacement value
  • Optional damage waiver available

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
  • Weather-related cancellations fully refundable
  • Emergency cancellations considered case-by-case
  • Unused rental days are non-refundable
